Two Noticers

Two minds that never stop, replaying the same evening from two angles.

How two Noticers carry hard things together: where you’re good, where it rubs, and what to say.

Find out which you are

About a minute of quick taps. Then send it to them.

Where you’re good together

You catch everything, so between you nothing important gets missed, and you never have to explain why a small thing mattered.

Where it rubs

You can talk it through for hours and both leave more wound up than you started. Reassurance from one feeds the loop in the other.

What helps

A time limit on the talking. Ten minutes, then something else, together.

Either of you might say

“Let’s give this ten minutes, then talk about something else.”

Or

“I don’t need to solve it tonight. I just needed to say it.”

Loving a Noticer

If you love a Noticer

  • Reassurance helps for a minute. One plain, true sentence helps longer: say it once, then change the subject.
  • If they go quiet, they’re probably thinking something through, not upset with you. Ask what’s on their mind, and let them answer at their pace.
