Two Givers
Two people making sure everyone else is okay, including each other.
How two Givers carry hard things together: where you’re good, where it rubs, and what to say.
Find out which you areAbout a minute of quick taps. Then send it to them.
Where you’re good together
You’re two of the kindest people anyone knows, and you notice each other’s needs better than most.
Where it rubs
Both say yes, both resent it a little, and neither says so, because the other seems happy.
What helps
Take turns being the one who wants something. Say it as a want, not a question.
Either of you might say
“Your turn. What do you want?”
Or
“No is a full answer. You can use it with me.”
Loving a Giver
If you love a Giver
- If they seem fine, ask again. Their first answer is often about keeping you comfortable.
- When they finally say no, take it well. It cost them something to say it.
